In Loving Memory

Daisy was killed on Friday March 6, 2009. It was a tragic accident including a car and it's back tire driven by her adoptive mother, Stephanie. She is survived by her sister Sierra.

Daisy was an excellent mouser. Not only did we not have any mice in our house all winter, but she made sure to leave us leftovers of the remaining mice heads on our front porch. She was a very thoughtful cat.

Daisy was a great friend. Not only to her sister, but to Kaden as well. They played together all summer long letting him pick her up in a choke hold just for a simple kiss.

Daisy would have made a great mother. To make the tragic story worse, she was expecting a litter of kittens during the time of the accident.

Funeral services were held Friday March 6 at 2:59 PM at the side of the road. Graveside services were held at the ditch on 3500 N. Donations can be made to your nearest animal shelter.

Oh, I'm so sorry! You always miss animals more than you think you will. Since animals already know all the things we humans came here to learn, they will all be waiting in heaven for us. By the time I'm done with this life, I'm sure I'll have an entire pack of dogs waiting for me. We'll miss you, Daisy.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was the driver in a similar incident. Uncle David had had the cat longer than me! Hope the sister won't be too lonesome.
