Daddy's Finally Home

Ty has been working outrageous hours because of the snow. Last week I think he told me that he worked 80+ hours. What an awesome paycheck! but unfortunately for Kade and I, we haven't seen him much. Or should I say at all. After almost a week of being husbandless, Saturday night Ty surprised us and finally came home. What a reuinion these two monkey heads had.

Kaden loves his Daddy. He couldn't stop looking at him. And he was so thrilled when Ty started to tickle torture him. These two laughed and played for an hour.

Kaden's face is perfect in this picture. It lets us know exactly how Kade and I felt - Thrilled! all the way to our bones!

Half way through laughing with Daddy, Kaden needed a break. He must have the strongest little legs because he sits in this squat position when he drinks. And sometimes he drinks for a long time. I think it would be so much easier to just sit down and take a drink instead of squatting. I even help Kaden sit down, but then he stands back up and resumes his squat to take a sip. Then when he wants to play with Ty again, he chucks his sippy cup at me and runs after Ty. I just kept saying to myself, "What am I, chopped liver?"

Ty and Kade resting on the coach after playing the tickling game. So cute!

Ty's clients are some of the funniest people. I love it when he comes home and tells me all of his stories. For example, one client keeps calling saying "there is like a foot of snow in my driveway! when are you coming?" Let's remind you that it is like 10 PM and Ty is almost done for the day. Ty politely says, "I was just at your house and there is 2-3 in. I will be back in the morning. " For one thing where was this client planning on going in the middle of the night, and if he had to he could use his big 4-wheel drive SUV to get there with just 2 in of snow on the roads. Oh Well... All is well in the hill home. We hope everyone had a good weekend.

Looks like Kaden loves his Daddy as much as Morgan loves her Daddy. Those pictures are just precious! You can totally tell he adores his Dad and would rather play with him than do ANYTHING else!
