Thanks Monica for tagging me. I don't like to talk about myself and my blog is mostly Kaden so I guess this will be good for those of you who don't know some of the quirky things about me.

6 quirky things about me...

1. I can sleep anywhere, anytime, in any place. no joke! Once on a roadtrip to Texas with some girl friends, I fell asleep in the middle of a conversation with Sadie. I woke up 30 minutes later with baffled faces all around me. They couldn't believe I could fall asleep so fast or even sleep sitting up. I can also sleep for great lengths of time. I am talking 12-16 hours. Good thing I have a baby who also likes to sleep that long to.

2. I love being in the outdoors. And having a baby doesn't stop us either. Ty and I just load up Kaden and go hiking somewhere. I snowboard and wakeboard. Ty taught me how to fly fish which is amazing. We bought bikes last summer and took Kaden on lots of bike rides. This summer we are heading up to Northern Idaho to go on this 15 mile bike trail near this old rail road track. Ty and I loaded up our snow shoes and hiked in the valley for our christmas tree last year.

3. I am an embellisher. Or in other words I like to exaggerate a lot. Growing up, I would tell this totally awesome story to my family then someone would say, "Now Stephanie, which part of your story is true?" Ouch!! no one ever believed me. I guess they were right because my regular day to day activities sound kindof boring, but when you add a life and death sitution in the mix, I can hold everybodies attention for a lot longer. I have kindof grown out of this, but I do like to tell a good exaggerated story every once in awhile.

4. I love Halloween. Or let's just say that I love to dress up. Last year we were all Rodeo clowns. The plan was to dress Kaden up as the bull and Ty and I would be running around him as clowns, but the bull costume didn't work out. Kaden made a cute Clown in the end. I think like 3 years ago I made this awesome pink panther costume with tail, ears, and everything. Ty was Inspector Clouso. This year Kaden is going to be Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes comics. I swear those two are twins. Both mischevious and both love there stuffed animals.

5. I love peanut butter sandwiches. I think that I could eat them everyday. Good thing Kaden loves them too or we would be in big trouble. I also love goldfish crackers. My favorite meal is sausage, biscuits and gravy. I have only made it once since I've been married. I like how my mom cooks it, but when I cooked it, it didn't taste the same. When I was pregnant, the only thing I really ever craved was corn dogs. So yeah, I like corn dogs to. I am not a big fan of hot dogs though since the day that Steph's dad put too much mustard on mine in the 4th grade. I hate tomatoes and olives. I have tried them both recently to see if I would like them now and no, still hate them. I also hate cottage cheese. I'm really not a picker eater, even though I cut off all the fat on all of my meat.

6. Last but not least, I am a self taught gymnast. I did take some gymnastics with Steph when I was little. I remember the teacher making fun of us because we were scared to put our hands down during our backhandsprings. She called us the back flip girls. I wanted so bad to be a cheerleader that I taught my self how to tumble in my back yard. After I made the team we had better coaches that taught me how to tumble more gracefully. I have been teaching gymnastics for 3 1/2 years. And believe it or not I can still tumble. Last week I totalled 4 backhandsprings. All the girls were like, "Wow!" One day I will video myself and post it for all of you who don't believe me. Once I showed Ty that I could tumble. He was shocked. He said, "I didn't know you could move your body that way!" Yes, hunny I can!!

That's it about me. It was hard to come up with some things about me. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been reading. Ohh yes! Another thing. I love to read. I just finished the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer again. Now I know that Bella will marry Edward in the next book and not end up with Jacob. The first time I read it I wasn't sure which one Bella would choose. Jacob is just a friend and could never replace Edward. Drama! Drama! Drama! Have a good week everybody!!
