It is almost April and we were beginning to see our grass, and then it started snowing again. Snow usually makes me so happy because it means snowboarding and Christmas, but why won't it stop? Kade and I are tired of being cooped up. Yesterday Ty took Kaden on a bike ride, and then they went into our backyard to swing on the swing set. Our future plans of being able to play outside this week are now ruined. I'll stop whining now...sorry.So I went to the eye doctor on Monday and I was so hoping that my prescription hadn't changed. Last time I went it didn't change and the doctor said that if it doesn't change for 3 years then I am a good candidate for Lasix. Yeah! Well, I guess this time my eyes changed a lot. So much that the doctor was at a loss for words. Dang! I guess it went from a -5.25 to a -6.0. Yikes! I asked him if I was legally blind and he just laughed saying, "Hun... you've past that point a long time ago!" I just laughed it off. What can you do? So coke bottle glasses for me and thicker contact lenses. That's right, my contacts are thicker to. That's it from me today, just my complaints about the snow and being blind. I just keep telling myself that in July, I will be complaining about how hot it is. I can wait 4 months right!?!

i always wondered how the vision thing worked...so the higher the number the worse off you are. Interesting, so I am in the same boat as you, BLIND!
Wow your little picture of your little boy to the right is so cute! He is so handsome! What a little stud! I'm sorry about your eyes. I hate growing older and seeing your body change! It sure was fun with the 4 of us wednesday night at work! I look back now and am happy my nose was so congested!!! ha ha ha...
