Jay and Courtney

Ty and I are so lucky to have such good friends. We met Jay and Courtney in our married student ward in 2004 and were instantly friends. They came down last weekend and we had so much fun. I usually get nervous playing hostess, but good thing Jay and Courtney are so easy going like us that it wasn't hard at all. I kept telling Ty that their friendship is so therapeutic for us because whenever we are with them it is non-stop laughing.

Friday morning when Kaden saw Jay and Courtney he was mesmorized. He couldn't stop staring at the two of them. And when it was time for bed...forget it. He threw a royal fit.

Thank you so much for staying at our house Jay and Courtney, and thanks for making it easy to play hostess. I am so glad that we got to see 10,000 BC with you guys. A must see for everyone. It was really good. Ohh and sorry Courtney that we didn't get to watch Becoming Jane together. But guess what? Ty gave in and we watched it together. He was pretty good through most of the movie and didn't make fun of it until the end. Have a good weekend everybody.

For all my friends and family that don't live here, FYI it snowed yesterday. Just a couple inches, but enough for me and Kade to have to shovel our walk. I can't wait for spring.
